Miranda Update

This two and a half hour, online course will  provide an overview of a suspect’s Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights, law enforcement’s investigative responsibilities with respect to those rights and the case law following the United States Supreme Court decision in Miranda v. Arizona.  The training will include examples of common issues which arise during suspect interviews and developing case law on this topic.
