Leading the Multi-Generational Workforce

At no time in our nation’s past, have we had as generationally diverse a workforce as we have now.  Employees in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and 50’s, are working side by side, hopefully with the same common goals.  The challenge for leaders is how to bring them together in a mutually interdependent working unit in a way that promotes productivity and engagement.

In this interactive eight-hour class, participants will examine methods and strategies to effectively motivate, mentor, supervise and lead the three generations.  The unique challenges and opportunities presented by some of our youngest employees are examined.  In addition, participants will identify methods and strategies to create an environment that fosters collaboration and capitalizes on the strengths of all employees.
