Succession Planning Workshops

This highly interactive eight-hour workshop is designed to assist law enforcement executive and management teams in initiating the succession planning process in their organization. Participants will examine why succession planning is vital and the components of an effective succession planning program. The current and future needs of their department and the competencies required to meet those needs will be identified. Various methods to assess employee’s current competencies and gaps, as well as employee development plans will be reviewed. Participants will leave the course with a framework for their department or division’s succession plan. (STC Certified)
