Courage and Accountability for Supervisors

In this fast paced and interactive four-hour course, participants will develop the necessary skills to enhance accountability in their unit and address performance deficiencies and unacceptable conduct/behavior.  Performance evaluation, counseling and discipline, dealing with unhappy employees and why supervisors avoid difficult conversations are all examined.  The consequences of a lack of accountability will also be covered.  (STC Certified)
