Founded in 1980 in the aftermath of Proposition 13, Cristando House, Inc. has distinguished itself as a leader in the field for delivering effective, high quality consulting and training services. For nearly 30 years, the firm has completed organization reviews, team building, strategic planning and training projects in 43 functional areas of municipal and county government. Clients have included 41 of California’s counties and over 120 California cities.
Certified by both the California and Nevada Commissions on Peace Officer Standards and Training, strategic planning, disaster management and leadership development services have been conducted on a contract basis in over 70 police departments and 25 sheriff’s departments in California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Missouri. In addition over 18,000 law enforcement executives, managers and supervisors have attended our open-enrollment seminars throughout California and Nevada. Our extensive experience working with law enforcement has led to other projects in corrections, district attorney’s offices, university police departments, gaming, corporate security and executive search.
